About Shipping & Delivery
We try to keep our postage and packaging charges as low as possible. We do however like to package things well so they get to you in one piece.
We try to use recycled packaging whenever possible, both our poly packing and bubble wrap are recycled products. We are currently changing over to 100% recycled envelopes, paper, labels etc. wherever we can. No packing comes into our business without being stocked for recycling. Please help out our planet by recycling the packaging your purchases come in.
UK Deliveries
All UK deliveries up to 1000g are sent by 1st class post. Recorded delivery is a trackable service and requires a signature on delivery. UK deliveries over 1000g up to 10 Kg are sent either 1st Class, Recorded or Special Delivery Next Day - this works out slightly more expensive than Standard Parcels but it means your package is trackable and will arrive quickly. UK deliveries over 10 Kg are sent via Parcel Force 48. If you need your purchase(s) sent urgently an express option is usually available at checkout (except in very busy times), for an additional fee. If this option is not showing as available, please contact us to see if we can sort out an express delivery for you.
Deliveries Outside The UK
We have tried to simplify the delivery options outside the UK as much as possible. All items up to 2kg will be sent standard Airmail by Default. On checkout you have the option to add either AirSure Express Service or Airmail Signed For Service at additional cost (do not select both!). Both of these optional services are trackable. Deliveries over 2Kg outside the UK vary enormously but we have included a flat rate for convenience. If your order can be split into two or more packages for more economical delivery, we will let you know, split the order and refund any difference to your payment method.
Consolidated Delivery Charges
Our shipping system will automatically calculate the weight of your order and provide a cost when you check out. If you are ordering small items, you will find that you can get several items on the same order for the same low delivery charge.
